I enjoy working at Advocate Access NW because I have the opportunity to meet so many new people to build meaningful connections with. I appreciate being part of a welcoming team & a community where working together is valued.

I believe that each time I meet someone new it's an opportunity to help someone feel seen, heard, & welcome. I enjoy facilitating interviews because it gives me the chance to learn more about people & help create a positive experience from the very beginning.

Members appreciate that I bring a positive attitude & a smile to the spaces I am part of. I make an effort to help everyone feel included, comfortable, & welcome. Being friendly, approachable, & supportive is important to me because I want people to feel that they can be themselves & enjoy time spent together.
