Betty Bundy's extensive background in I/DD services began as a Direct Support Professional in 2007. She managed support staff, guiding programs and services to better meet client needs. She became a services coordinator and then spent 6 years as a lead services coordinator focused on disability advocacy. Most recently, Betty has led the Community Developmental Disability Program (CDDP) in St. Helens, Columbia County as the I/DD Clinical Director. She has developed an exceptional relationship with community partners. Betty has a passion for creating an inclusive community and will use her experience to support employees and clients alike to live their best lives!
Kelley Ricker began working at the Columbia County CDDP in 2017 and held several roles there supporting various aspects of I/DD case management and protective services. Her favorite thing about working at the CDDP was getting to greet and help people every day, from welcoming someone for their first visit to learn about eligibility to cheering on great self-advocate work. In 2020, Kelley began working for an I/DD provider agency. She supported all operations of the business in her role as the associate director. Kelley loves bringing the best of this experience together to serve our clients well and help our employees thrive.
