Integrated Services Network

Support Services Brokerage

Adults that qualify for DD (Developmental Disabilities) services can choose to receive case management services through a Community Developmental Disabilities Program (CDDP, often counties) or a Support Services Brokerage. ISN is a Brokerage serving individuals in eight of Oregon’s counties: Marion, Benton, Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Polk, Tillamook and Yamhill.

ISN’s mission is to make sure every person has a voice and a choice, with a focus on self-determination and helping individuals make informed decisions. ISN will work with you to identify the goals that matter most to you. Our Personal Agents can then support you in reaching those goals by helping you hire support workers and purchase needed equipment and supplies, using the resources and services outlined in your person-centered support plan. To learn more about who we are and what we offer, check out our website, Facebook page, or reach out to us directly. We look forward to helping you live the life you choose!

Your Own Path Counseling

Abigail Laney, LCSW

Your Own Path Counseling is a therapy practice dedicated to providing compassionate, authentic, and competent mental health treatment that is as individualized as you are. Our counseling sessions will focus on what changes you would like to see in your life, understanding your story and how you got where you are, and working together to reframe life challenges and explore alternative approaches to overcome them that better align with your values and goals.

While I work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and support needs, I find that I often work particularly well with those experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, caregiver burnout, complex trauma, depression, low self-esteem, chronic illness and/or disabilities, and those with ADHD or neurodivergence.
