What is a Connections Counter?
Employees
Our Employees represents the valued humans who provide administrative support or serve as Direct Support Professionals. An individual officially becomes an employee once they are connected with one of our valued Members to begin providing support.
Members Connected
Each of Our Connected Members includes Members who have come to Advocate Access NW and either arrived with an existing Direct Support Professional or successfully found their ideal connection through our support!
In-Home Support Members
Our In-Home Support Members reflect Members who have officially became a part of the Advocate Access NW family through a referral from their Case manager or Personal Agent!
Individual Connections
Our measurement of Total Connections Created captures the full number of Member to DSP connections established. Many Members are supported by teams of multiple DSPs. Every individual Member to DSP relationship is counted, with each connection recognized as unique and meaningful.
Fun Fact! Our largest team to date includes nine DSPs supporting one Member.
