I enjoy working at Advocate Access NW because it allows me to contribute to a team that genuinely cares about the people we serve. I value being part of a supportive environment where collaboration, advocacy, and compassion guide our work. Knowing that the work we do helps strengthen our community and support Members and their families makes it especially meaningful to me.

I believe in leading with empathy and supporting others in ways that reflect dignity, care, and integrity. My approach is rooted in compassion, continual growth, and doing my part to create positive change wherever I can. Whether I’m improving processes, supporting my team, or helping make things more manageable and efficient, I strive to make a meaningful impact.

I’m a compassionate administrative professional and community advocate who leads with laughter & high energy. I am dedicated to supporting others with empathy. I’m passionate about continual growth and making a positive impact wherever I go. My work reflects a balance of professionalism, care, and integrity -  whether I’m improving processes, advocating for others, or supporting my team. 

Outside of work, I love spending time with animals and embracing creativity in any way I can. My favorite colors are pink and green - which reflect harmony, optimism, and compassion. My favorite hobbies include reading a good book, drinking coffee (or any caffeine, really), and celebrating the small things in everyday life.
