I enjoy working for Advocate Access NW because my role allows me to create and optimize the behind-the-scenes processes that keep high quality attendant care and behavior supports running smoothly every day. Knowing that streamlining processes and ensuring reliable services mean stronger person-centered care for individuals with I/DD as well as stronger support for all Advocates; which ultimately makes this work incredibly rewarding.

Excellent systems create the foundation for excellent care. Reliable processes and efficient operations free up our team to focus on what matters most - which is building relationships and delivering personalized support that respects the unique needs and strengths of every individual in this community. 

What people appreciate about me is my calm, solution focused mindset, and my commitment to making sure whatever task we have flows seamlessly. I listen carefully and improve tasks to reduce stress and increase the comfortability around daily routines.

My interests include being outdoors. Whether that is going to the beach, hiking somewhere new, or just going for a walk. If I’m not doing that, I enjoy nothing more than kicking back at home and watching whatever sport is being broadcasted.
