As a Reporting Support Advocate, I find fulfillment in advocating Direct Support Professionals in an approachable and professional manner, ensuring they feel informed, respected, and confident in the important work they do. 

My philosophy behind the work is to meet people where they are with respect, professionalism, and understanding. I believe clear communication and supportive guidance are essential to ethical advocacy and meaningful outcomes. 

Members appreciate my thoughtful approach and attention to detail. I’m quiet but I listen carefully and make sure their needs are handled accurately and efficiently, which helps build trust.

My interests include reading, creative projects, spending time at the beach, connecting with friends through shared activities, and enjoying a home-centered lifestyle.
