Elyssa Pechacek

I enjoy working alongside like-minded individuals at Advocate Access NW who bring their own passions and experiences to our shared mission. I especially value that we serve such a large community. Our events give us the opportunity not only to build meaningful connections, but also to engage with people and create new friendships along the way.

My philosophy is that we are always better together. When we recognize, accept, and empower one another, we create a truly inclusive community where everyone feels valued and supported.

Members appreciate that I’m fun to be around, kind, and empathetic. I take the time to truly get to know people for who they are. I also bring thoughtful, creative ideas for environmental supports and inclusive programming, along with a broad range of experience working with individuals across the I/DD community. They appreciate that I stay actively involved in various areas of our community.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, creating art, going to the coast, and rock hounding.
