I truly enjoy spending time with individuals and their families, getting to know each Member, seeing their faces, and learning what brings them joy while making meaningful and helpful connections. I value working alongside a dedicated team that is committed to inclusiveness, dignity, advocacy, and strong community partnerships.

My philosophy is rooted in meeting people where they are, listening with intention, advocating for their rights, and finding creative solutions that support what they are trying to accomplish. I believe every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I love learning and writing and bring a thoughtful, reflective approach to my work. Members have shared that I genuinely capture who they are within their assessments and plans, and I take pride in ensuring each person feels understood as a whole individual.
