I really enjoy being able to work closely with Members and their loved ones. Getting to know families, building real relationships, and being someone they can call when they need support means a lot to me. I like being involved as a whole support, not just checking boxes, but helping people navigate life, services, and whatever challenges come up.

My philosophy has always been that no one should have to do life alone. I believe in being part of someone’s village and helping build a circle of support around them so they feel safe, understood, and empowered. Everyone deserves to feel like they belong and have people in their corner who truly care.

Members and families often appreciate that I genuinely care and take the time to listen.  I follow through, remember the small details and I will advocate when something isn’t right. I also try to bring warmth and humor into the work because life is serious enough already. At the end of the day, I want people to know they have someone in their corner who is rooting for them.

Outside of work, I’m either organizing something, overthinking something, or researching something. I love creating routines, understanding people, and making life feel a little more manageable. And most of the time, I’m just hanging out with my kids, trying to keep things fun while simultaneously keeping everyone (including myself) on track.
